It took a little bit of time, but we finally have our personal favorite workflow action “Query List” available on Nintex for Office 365. This workflow action provides the ability to query another list or library, returning the result as a workflow variable. You can then use that value to evaluate as part of a conditional statement, switch, or in conjunction with a calculation or endless other possibilities including using in messaging.
